Freehold Mountain Real Estate is a one stop shop for all of your Real Estate needs - Buying, Selling and Leasing both Residential and Commercial. She is a native Western Coloradan, born, raised and embedded in her local community. She brings her knowledge and expertise to the closing table and will guide you through the Real Estate process to make it as seamless as possible. Misty believes that combining the disciplines of real estate and law is the perfect blend. She is a licensed attorney and solo practitioner in the state of Colorado, where she has been in practice since 2010. She also holds an inactive Law License in New Mexico where she has been licensed since 2008, but her love of Colorado keeps her focused here. Contracts are "her thing” and she prides herself on attention to detail and the craft of wordsmith. She also honed her negotiation skills working as a defendant’s advocate for a high volume of debt settlement clients as a staff attorney for a national firm for many years. Misty believes whole heartedly in helping people achieve their American Dream, no matter what that looks like. She loves to get creative and make things happen! She currently focuses on residential and commercial real estate in the Glenwood Springs, New Castle, Silt, Rifle, Parachute/Battlement Mesa, Debeque, Meeker, Mesa and the greater western slope Colorado areas.
